Install Slax to hard drive

- Edit /etc/fstab, delete /etc/mtab
- Copy all folders except /boot, /dev, /mnt, /proc, /sys, /tmp to /mnt/target
- Copy vmlinuz and initrd.gz to /mnt/target/boot
- Execute:
# cp --preserve -R /dev/null /mnt/target/dev
# cp --preserve -R /dev/console /mnt/target/dev
# mount -t proc proc /mnt/target/proc
# sync
